CANCELLATION POLICY OF TOUR PACKAGE:
Advance non refundable.
45 - 30 Days 25% of total cost.
30 - 15 days: 75% of the total cost.
15 - 0 days: 100% cancellation will apply.
Visa Fee & Service charges are non refundable.
No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.
Overseas Insurance Policy after issuance is non refundable.
The above policy will change incase of Group Tour and Hong Kong , Genting Highlands, Maldives and some other destinations and if nonrefundable tickets where 100% cancellation shall be applicable after confirmation.
In case of Visa rejection same cancellation policy apply.
No Change / No refund in Hotel and Land Part if flight delays/cancel due to any reason. Airline refund is subject to Airline Discretion and BTC Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd does not have any liability for same.
CANCELLATION POLICY OF AIR TICKET:
1.BTC Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd act as an agent to third party suppliers of Airlines. Thus the terms and conditions of such third party shall additionally apply to your bookings. Thus it is advisable that prior to booking, you read the terms and conditions of such third party suppliers.
2.BTC Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions or content available that has been provided by third party suppliers.
3.Information such as seat availability, pricing etc is provided by third party suppliers. If there is any negligence or omissions on part of third party suppliers, BTC Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd shall not assume any responsibility or liability for the same. If there has been such an instance, BTC Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd , in consultation with you, reserves the right to alter your reservation. However you shall be liable to pay additional charges incurred, if any, as a result of such modification.
4.In case of cancellation/date change of Air Tickets, there will be cancellation charges as per Airline and BTC Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd will charge service charges on add on of cancellation charges. Refund from Airline is subject to Airline Discretion and BTC Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd does not have any liability for same.
5.Liability of any refund or refund towards cancellation not paid by Airline to us, can not be transferred to clients. BTC Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd can not be held responsible and losses if any occurring from rescheduling flights or cancellation charges or refund loss due to Airline’s inability to pay
