Day 1 - DAY 1 : ARRIVAL

After arrival in Tbilisi International Airport, once you collect all your luggage and go to "Arrivals" Section of the Airport, our "Meeter" will meet you in the Airport holding a board with our Company Logo and your Name written on it. She or He will escort you to the vehicle and will take you to your hotel to Check-in to your room and rest for a day to get over the jetlag and gather strength until beginning your adventure.

• Georgian visa is strictly subject to approval (Georgian VISA Approval requires all the same paper as your required for Schengen VISA & they are very strict in giving VISA). So we will need proper documents like your financial Income Tax Return and your Passport travel history. If visa refuse, we are not responsible.
• We are using ICICI Lombard as your Insurance Policy. For the claim if required you have to be coordinate yourself and In any delay in claim or rejection in claim we are not responsible.
• All international flights check in starts 3 hours prior to departure flight or boarding miss because of any reason we are not responsible.
• Advance paid is non refundable.
• As this is group so timings has to be followed strictly if group leaves you then you have to manage of your own.
• Any incident happens in the tour we are not responsible.
• Passport should be 6 months valid before departure if passport is expired at the time of departure we are not responsible.
• Any service not used in the group or any meal not taken in the group is non refundable
• Rooms type (DBL / TWIN / Interconnecting / Next to each other) cannot be confirmed prior to the arrival as it will be strictly subject to availability until the time of check in
• Pan Card & Passport Copy are mandatory for further booking process
• It is requested to all customers to adhere timing of all tours and transfers to evade escalations
• All customers are requested to check hotel reviews before confirming or making payment.
• We strongly urge to take care of self-belongings
• Any cost apart from the package confirmed shall be borne by the customer themselves.
• Early check in /out is subject to availability and can be chargeable depending on hotel polices
• Universal standard check in timings 1400 hours and checkout is 1200 hours

• Package cost is based on current available fare and may vary at the time of confirmation

• Please make the initial deposit quickly to block the room & seat in the airline
• First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability of these hotels we shall advise the amended rates for the hotels
• Any further increase in the air fare due to an increase in fuel price, change in Government regulations, Ticket taxes etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passenger.
• We will not be held responsible for the same
• Any increase in the package cost due to fluctuation of exchange rate is chargeable
• Seat-in-coach transfers & tours are on fixed timings, the guest must report prior to the departure time otherwise you may miss the services
• Any refund can't be made on the same. For private transfer the cost will be extra
• Passengers can board the tour from the hub city. Those boarding from any other city can do so, however all expenses to/from the hub city is to be borne by the passengers
• Meals at all the destinations are pre-set and a-la- carte is not possible. Menu Card is not available for individual travellers
• Buffet breakfast will be served throughout the tour (except on the day of arrival).
