BTC Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions or content available on this website that has been provided by third party suppliers.
Information such as seat availability, pricing etc is provided by third party suppliers. If there is any negligence or omissions on part of third party suppliers, BTC Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd shall not assume any responsibility or liability for the same. If there has been such an instance, BTC Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd , in consultation with you, reserves the right to alter your reservation. However you shall be liable to pay additional charges incurred, if any, as a result of such modification.

However there may be changes in the services due to circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather conditions, strikes, closure of hotels/restaurants, over booking, cancellation of flights, closure of a sightseeing location to name a few. We shall inform you of the change in case we are aware of the same sufficiently in advance else the changes will be conveyed to you by our tour managers on the spot.
Prices
Prices displayed on the website are not guaranteed and are subject to change. The prices are confirmed only when the booking has been confirmed and the amount has been charged from you. A booking fee may be payable on some bookings.
Limitation of Liability

We act only as an agent and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused due to an act or default on part of management or employees of any third party suppliers. If, despite the above limitation, BTC Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd is found liable for any loss or damage, the maximum liability in respect of any services offered on this site, shall be limited to the refund of total amount received from the customer for availing the services less any cancellation, refund or others charges, as may be applicable. You shall defend BTC Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd from any loss, liability, claims, damage, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by BTC Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by the user pursuant to this agreement. If any provision or part of this agreement is rendered invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.
